基于多元非線性回歸模型的高強混凝土強度預測研究

摘 ? 要:為準確預測高強混凝土(HSC)的強度變化規律,調研收集了225組HSC配合比及其28 d強度數據,對統計變量進行Spearman相關性分析,并基于enter法建立了不同膠凝體系HSC的28 d強度與配合比之間的多元非線性回歸模型。分析了不同模型預測值與實際值的散點圖、殘差圖數據分布情況,并結合擬合優度指標和相對誤差指標對模型進行了評價。結果表明:硅灰摻量、水膠比、膠凝材料總量和減水劑摻量對HSC的28 d強度影響效果顯著,影響程度依次遞減,P值均小于0.01;3種膠凝體系HSC強度回歸模型的回歸效果和預測精度均能滿足預測要求?;诒疚哪P?,可通過原材料配合比分別對C-F-Si-G四元膠凝體系、C-F-G三元膠凝體系和C-F二元膠凝體系HSC的28 d抗壓強度進行預測。 Abstract: The data base of 225 sets of high-strength concrete(HSC) mix ratio and compressive strength curing for 28 d were established for predicting the strength of HSC accurately. Spearman correlation analysis was performed on statistical variables, and 3 multiple nonlinear regression models of different cementitious systems were established based on the enter method for strength prediction of HSC. The data distribution of scatter plots and residual plots of the predicted values and actual values of different prediction models were analyzed, and the goodness of fit index and the relative error index were also analyzed for model evaluation comprehensively. The results show that the dosage of silica fume, water-binder ratio, binder amount and water reducing agent dosage have a very significant effect on the compressive strength of HSC, the degree of importance decreases successively, and the P value is all less than 0.01. The regression results and prediction accuracy of all the prediction models can meet the prediction requirements. Based on this model, the 28 d compressive strength of HSC of the C-F-Si-G quaternary cementitious system, C-F-G ternary cementitious system and C-F dual cementitious system can be predicted through the different models based on material mixing ratio.

摘 ? 要:總結了我國鐵路混凝土結構耐久性的發展歷程,介紹了我國鐵路混凝土結構耐久性的保障方法,并結合現階段我國鐵路工程建設特點,指出了鐵路混凝土結構耐久性依然面臨服役環境復雜化、原材料資源短缺和過早劣化等挑戰,提出了鐵路混凝土結構耐久性長壽命化、定量化、智能化和可預測性的發展趨勢。 Abstract: The development history for the durability of railway concrete structures in China is summarized, and the guarantee methods for the durability of railway concrete structures in China is introduced. Based on the characteristics of railway engineering construction in China at the present stage, it is pointed out that the durability of railway concrete structures still faces challenges, such as complicated service environment, shortage of raw materials and premature deterioration. The development trends of longer service life, quantification, intelligentization and predictability for the durability of railway concrete structures are put forward.

摘 ? 要:分別選取了不同粒徑(2~5 mm、5~10 mm和10~15 mm)的骨料進行雙粒級混合,在水灰比為0.32的條件下,調整粉煤灰摻量(10%、20%、30%)制備了目標孔隙率為18%的透水混凝土試件。并對試件的抗壓強度、有效孔隙率以及透水系數進行了測試,得出了骨料級配和粉煤灰摻量對透水混凝土抗壓強度和透水性能的影響規律。結果表明:當骨料混合比例m5~10 mm∶m10~15 mm=5∶5 ,粉煤灰摻量為20%時,透水混凝土性能最佳,抗壓強度達到21.2 MPa,透水系數可達到 1.45 mm/s。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of aggregate particle size grading and admixture on the performance of pervious concrete, 2~5 mm, 5~10 mm and 10~15 mm of aggregate particle sizes were selected to mix them in pairs. Under the condition of water-cement ratio of 0.32, 10%, 20% and 30% of fly ash content were selected respectively to prepare pervious concrete test blocks with target porosity of 18%. The influence rules of aggregate gradation and fly ash content on the compressive strength and water permeability of pervious concrete were obtained by measuring the compressive strength, effective porosity and water permeability coefficient of the test block. The results show that when the aggregate mixing ratio m5~10 mm∶m10~15 mm is 5∶5, and the fly ash content is 20%, the pervious concrete has the best performance, the strength can reach 21.2 MPa, and the pervious coefficient is 1.45 mm/s.

摘 ? 要:為了研究石粉含量對中低強度機制砂混凝土性能的影響,設計了4組不同石粉含量的C35機制砂混凝土,并進行了力學性能、耐久性能以及微觀結構測試和分析。結果表明:適量的石粉可以優化混凝土的孔隙結構,有利于提高混凝土的早期抗裂性能、劈裂抗拉強度、抗壓強度和抗氯離子滲透性能;過量的石粉會增加混凝土早期開裂風險,且對混凝土強度不利;建議在配制此類低強度等級混凝土時,機制砂的石粉含量應控制在20%以內。 Abstract: In order to study the influence of manufactured sand powder content on the performance of low and medium strength grade of concrete, 4 groups of C35 manufactured sand concrete with different stone powder content were designed, and the mechanical properties, durability and the microstructure were tested and analyzed. The research results show that the appropriate content of stone powder can optimize the pore structure of concrete, which is beneficial to the improvement the early crack resistance, splitting tensile, compressive strength and chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete. Excessive stone powder will increase the risk of concrete cracking at an early age, and it will have a variety of deteriorating effects on the strength of concrete. It is recommended that the content of manufactured sand powder for the preparation of low strength grade concrete should be controlled within 20%.

摘 ? 要:為建立透水混凝土抗壓強度與透水系數的定量關系模型,制備了透水混凝土試件,并測試了試件的有效孔隙率、透水系數和28 d抗壓強度。結合現有模型,建立了基于Griffith斷裂理論的數學關系模型,并驗證了模型的有效性;基于本文提出的模型,選取合適參數,可以對透水混凝土性能進行有效預測。 Abstract: In order to establish a quantitative relationship model between the compressive strength and the permeable coefficient of pervious concrete, pervious concrete specimens were prepared through laboratory tests, and the effective porosity, permeable coefficient and 28 d compressive strength were measured. Combined with the existing model, the mathematical relation model based on Griffith fracture theory was established and the validity of the model was verified. Based on the model proposed in this article, selecting appropriate parameters can effectively predict the performance of pervious concrete.

摘 ? 要:綜述了近幾年國內外各類酸激發膠凝材料的研究成果,對酸激發膠凝材料力學性能的相關研究進行了總結,同時對酸激發膠凝材料力學性能的影響因素如酸的種類、酸的濃度、養護條件以及摻外加劑等進行了歸納,還介紹了典型的酸性激發劑磷酸、醋酸、硫酸激發膠凝材料的水化機理和激發過程中所發生的地質聚合反應。 Abstract: The research results of various acid-activated cementitious materials at home and abroad in recent years are reviewed. The related research on the mechanical properties of acid-activated cementitious materials is summarized, and the factors affecting the mechanical properties of acid-activated cementitious materials, such as acid type, acid concentration, curing conditions, and admixtures, are also summarized. The hydration mechanism of the typical acidic activator phosphoric acid, acetic acid, and sulfuric acid to activate the gelling material and the geological polymerization reaction during the excitation process are introduced.

摘 ?要:為研究混凝土塑性損傷模型中黏性系數對鋼管混凝土軸壓短柱極限承載力的影響,采用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS,在合理選取材料模型的基礎上,驗證了模型的可靠性,并以黏性系數為主要參數,對不同截面形式的鋼管混凝土軸壓短柱極限承載力進行了計算和分析。結果表明:黏性系數對鋼管混凝土軸壓短柱荷載-變形關系曲線彈性階段剛度影響不大;隨著黏性系數取值的增大,柱構件的極限承載力也隨之增大;在給定黏性系數的條件下,采用不同加載位移計算得到的柱構件極限承載力值離散性較大。此外,綜合加載位移和黏性系數對承載力值和計算收斂性的影響,給出了適用于不同截面形式的鋼管混凝土軸壓短柱黏性系數的取值。 Abstract: ?In order to investigate the influence of viscosity parameter of concrete damaged plastic model on the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular stub columns, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was adopted. The reliability of the model was verified based on reasonable constitutive models of steel and core concrete. Viscosity parameter was taken as the main parameter, the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular stub columns under axial compression with different cross-sections was calculated and analyzed. The analysis result indicates that viscosity parameter has little effect on the elastic stiffness of the load-deformation curve of concrete-filled steel tubular stub columns; with the increasing viscosity parameter value, the ultimate bearing capacity of column members gradually rise; under the condition of given viscosity coefficient, the ultimate bearing capacity of column members calculated with different loading displacements has greater discreteness. Comprehensively considering the effect of viscosity parameter and load displacement on ultimate bearing capacity and convergence, the value of viscosity parameter applicable to the different cross-sections of concrete-filled steel tubular stub columns was put forward.?

摘 ?要:為滿足軌道交通工程地下聯絡通道的盾構施工要求,生產了鋼-玻璃纖維筋混凝土復合管片,介紹了其結構特點,并從混凝土配合比、玻璃纖維筋的加工定位、混凝土澆筑等方面介紹了管片的生產工藝。此外,通過三環拼裝試驗驗證了成型管片符合相關精度要求。 Abstract: In order to meet the shield construction requirements of the underground connecting passage of the actual rail transit project, the steel-glass fiber reinforced concrete composite segment was developed, its structural characteristics were introduced, and its production technology was described from the aspects of concrete mix proportion, processing, glass fiber reinforced concrete and machining positioning, concrete pouring and etc. In addition, through the three ring assembly test, it was verified that its accuracy meets the relevant requirements.

摘 ? 要:結合預應力鋼筒混凝土管(PCCP)產品標準、混凝土結構耐久性設計相關標準和文獻,分析了PCCP的工程結構屬性、服役環境、結構特點,強調了PCCP耐久性設計的必要性,歸納了PCCP耐久性設計的基本內容,總結了與耐久性相關的PCCP管體結構、環境作用條件、管體混凝土材料、工藝構造以及附加防腐措施等方面的技術要求,提出了不同環境條件下PCCP的耐久性設計思路。 Abstract: Combined with the product standard of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP), relevant standards and documents of concrete structure durability design, the structural attributes, service environment and structural characteristics of PCCP engineering are analyzed, and the necessity of PCCP durability design are emphasized, the basic contents and steps of PCCP durability design are summarized, the PCCP structure, environmental conditions, concrete materials, process structure, anti-corrosion measures and other technical requirements related to durability are concluded. In addition, the design ideas for the durability design of PCCP under different environmental conditions are put forward.

摘 ? 要:研究了玄武巖纖維摻量對全再生粗骨料混凝土抗壓和抗折強度、破壞形態、單軸受壓應力-應變曲線的影響。結果表明:摻入玄武巖纖維后,試件的抗壓強度提高,受壓破壞時的整體性更好;隨著玄武巖纖維摻量的增加,試件的抗折強度逐漸增大,所有抗折試件均為峰值后脆性破壞;隨著玄武巖纖維摻量的增加,試件的峰值應力先增大后減小,峰值應變、靜壓彈性模量和軸壓韌性比總體均呈增大趨勢。 Abstract: The effects of basalt fiber content on the compressive and flexural strength, failure mode and uniaxial stress-strain curve of fully recycled coarse aggregate concrete were studied. The results show that after adding basalt fiber, the compressive strength of the specimen is improved and the integrity of compression failure is better. With the increase of basalt fiber content, the flexural strength of the specimens increases gradually, and all flexural specimens are brittle failure after peak value. With the increase of basalt fiber content, the peak stress increases first and then decreases, and the peak strain, static elastic modulus and axial compressive toughness ratio increase as a whole.

摘 ? 要:研究了納米SiO2和PVA纖維摻量及摻入方式對再生混凝土(RAC)力學性能與抗沖擊性能的影響。結果表明:摻入納米SiO2和PVA纖維均可以顯著提高RAC的抗沖擊性能;當混摻0.075%的PVA纖維與1.0%納米SiO2時,RAC抗壓強度與抗沖擊性能的提高幅度最顯著。 Abstract: The influence of the content and blending method of nano-SiO2 and PVA fiber on the mechanical properties and impact resistance of recycled concrete (RAC) was studied. The results show that the impact resistance of RAC can be significantly improved by adding nano-SiO2 and PVA fiber. When 0.075% PVA fiber and 1.0% nano-SiO2 are mixed, the improvement of the compressive strength and impact resistance of RAC is the most significant.

摘 ? 要:利用鋼渣粉等質量替代20%、40%、60%、80%的水泥制備了PVA纖維水泥基復合材料膠砂試件,并進行了抗折、抗壓試驗和薄板四點彎曲試驗,分析了鋼渣粉對PVA纖維水泥基復合材料力學性能和韌性的影響。結果表明:隨著鋼渣粉摻量的增加,試件的抗折、抗壓強度均呈下降趨勢,且抗壓強度損失較抗折強度快;當鋼渣粉摻量為20%時,試件的抗彎承載力達到最大;當鋼渣粉摻量為80%時,試件的韌性和能量吸收能力大幅提高。 Abstract: The mortar specimens of PVA fiber cement-based composites were prepared by replacing 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% cement with steel slag powder. The flexural and compressive tests and thin plate four point bending tests were carried out, and the influence of steel slag powder on the mechanical properties and toughness of PVA fiber cement-based composites was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of steel slag powder content, the flexural strength and compressive strength of the specimens decrease, and the loss of compressive strength is faster than that of flexural strength. When the steel slag powder content is 20%, the flexural bearing capacity of the specimen reaches the maximum. When the steel slag powder content is 80%, the toughness and energy absorption capacity of the specimen are greatly improved.

摘 ? 要:通過試驗研究了陶粒、PP纖維、膨脹劑、膠凝材料用量以及環境條件對EPS輕混凝土干燥收縮性能的影響,探討了不同密度等級EPS輕混凝土干燥收縮性能的變化規律。結果表明:EPS輕混凝土的收縮值在90 d內增長較快,180 d后收縮值增速減??;EPS輕混凝土的收縮值隨著膠凝材料摻量的增加而增大;摻加膨脹劑、PP纖維以及采用覆膜養護能降低EPS輕混凝土的收縮值,摻入適量陶粒能有效降低EPS輕混凝土的收縮值;低溫環境會使EPS輕混凝土的收縮值顯著增大;EPS輕混凝土的干燥收縮性能與EPS輕混凝土的組分和各組分材料配比密切相關;采用對數型收縮值計算模型可對EPS輕混凝土的收縮值進行預測。 Abstract: The effects of ceramsite, polypropylene fiber, expansive agent, cementitious materials content and environmental conditions on the drying shrinkage performance of EPS lightweight concrete were studied, and the variation laws of drying shrinkage performance of EPS lightweight concrete with different density grades were studied. The results show that the shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete increases rapidly within 90 days, and the growth rate of shrinkage value decreases after 180 days. The shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete increases with the increase of cementitious materials content. The shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete can be reduced by adding expansive agent, polypropylene fiber and film curing. Adding appropriate amount of ceramsite can effectively reduce the shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete. Low temperature environment will significantly increase the shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete. The drying shrinkage performance of EPS lightweight concrete is closely related to the components of EPS lightweight concrete and the material ratio of each component. The shrinkage value of EPS lightweight concrete can be predicted by using the logarithmic shrinkage value calculation model.

摘 ? 要:由于密拼式鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合板天然存在50~60 mm深度的拼縫,故有必要對其最大裂縫寬度問題進行深入研究。為此,設計制作了3塊密拼式疊合板、1塊后澆帶式疊合板和1塊整澆預制板,對其進行了靜載試驗。試驗及數值模擬結果表明,通過公式?滓s≤0.6fyk限制開裂截面處受拉鋼筋的鋼筋應力能較好地保證密拼拼縫鋼筋桁架疊合板在正常使用過程中的最大裂縫寬度的控制問題。 Abstract: It is necessary to study the maximum crack width of reinforced truss concrete composite slab because of its natural seam of 50~60 mm depth. For this reason, three close assembled composite slabs, one post-cast strip composite slab and one precast slab were designed and manufactured, and the static load tests were carried out. The test and numerical simulation results show that limiting the tensile stress of steel bar at cracked section by the formula ?滓s≤0.6fyk can ensure the control of maximum crack width of reinforced truss concrete composite slab with close stitching joints in normal operation.

摘 ? 要:為了抑制金雞湖隧道主體結構厚度為1.4 m側墻的早期收縮裂縫,在優選原材料與配合比設計的基礎上,提出了采用抗裂劑與冷卻水管控溫協同控制的方法來降低混凝土開裂風險,并通過理論評估與工程應用分析了該方法的可行性。結果表明:夏季高溫施工時,通過使用抗裂劑與合理預埋、操作冷卻水管來調控結構溫升和變形,可將收縮開裂風險系數基本控制在0.7以下,實體結構監測結果也表明該方法切實有效。研究成果可為不具備嚴格控溫條件的類似現澆隧道混凝土結構的開裂預防設計提供參考。 Abstract: In order to inhibit early-age shrinkage cracks of the sidewall with a thickness of 1.4 m in main structure of Jinji Lake Tunnel, based on the optimization of raw materials and mix proportion design, a cooperative control method of anti-cracking agent and cooling water pipe was proposed to reduce the concrete cracking risk, and the feasibility of this method was analyzed through theoretical evaluation and engineering application. The results show that the shrinkage cracking risk coefficient can be basically controlled below 0.7 by using anti-cracking agent and reasonably embedding and operating cooling water pipe to control the temperature rise and deformation of the structure during high temperature construction in summer. The monitoring results of actual structure also show that this method is effective. The research results can provide a reference for the crack prevention design of similar cast-in-place tunnel concrete structures without strict temperature control conditions.

摘 ? 要:研究了鹽霧侵蝕環境下不同摻量鐵尾礦砂再生混凝土的抗氯離子侵蝕性能。結果表明:相同條件下,未摻鐵尾礦砂再生混凝土的氯離子侵蝕深度遠高于普通混凝土的氯離子侵蝕深度;隨著鐵尾礦砂摻量的增加,氯離子侵蝕深度先降后增,當鐵尾礦砂摻量為30%~40%時,試件的氯離子侵蝕深度小于普通混凝土和未摻鐵尾礦砂再生混凝土的氯離子侵蝕深度;相同侵蝕深度處的自由氯離子含量隨鐵尾礦砂摻量的增加先降后增,當鐵尾礦砂摻量為40%時,自由氯離子含量總體上達到最低;總氯離子含量隨侵蝕時間的延長變化不大,結合氯離子含量隨侵蝕時間的延長而降低,同時自由氯離子含量隨侵蝕時間的延長而增加。 Abstract: The chloride ion corrosion resistance of recycled concrete with different iron tailings content in salt spray environment was studied. The results show that the chloride ion erosion depth of recycled concrete without iron tailings is much higher than that of ordinary concrete under the same conditions. With the increase of the content of iron tailings, the chloride ion erosion depth decreases first and then increases, and when the content of iron tailings is 30%~40%, the chloride ion erosion depth is less than those of ordinary concrete and recycled concrete without iron tailings. The free chloride ion content at the same erosion depth decreases first and then increases with the increase of the content of iron tailings, and when the content of iron tailings is 40%, the free chloride ion content is generally the lowest. The total chloride ion content does not change much with the extension of erosion time, and the combined chloride ion content decreases with the extension of erosion time, and the free chloride ion content increases with the extension of erosion time.

摘 ? 要:研究了鋼渣粉替代部分水泥對超高性能混凝土(UHPC)性能的影響,驗證了利用鋼渣粉部分替代水泥制備生態型UHPC的可行性。結果表明:隨著鋼渣粉替代量的增加,UHPC的工作性得到改善;當鋼渣粉替代量為200 kg/m3時,UHPC的密實度達到最大,且此時UHPC的抗壓強度和抗氯離子滲透性能仍保持較好水平;隨著鋼渣粉替代量的增加,UHPC對生態環境的負面影響逐漸變小。 Abstract: The effect of steel slag powder replacing part of cement on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC) was studied, and the feasibility of preparing ecological UHPC by partially replacing cement with steel slag powder was verified. The results show that with the increase of steel slag powder replacement amount, the workability of UHPC is improved. When the replacement amount of steel slag powder is 200 kg/m3, the compactness of UHPC reaches the maximum, and the compressive strength and chloride ion permeability of UHPC still maintain a good level. The negative impact of UHPC on the ecological environment gradually decreases with the increase of steel slag powder replacement amount.

摘 ? 要:針對目前對珊瑚碎屑混凝土的力學機理尚不清晰這一問題,對不同齡期和水灰比的珊瑚混凝土試塊進行了試驗研究。試驗結果表明,珊瑚混凝土具有早強、快硬的特點;同時,當水灰比減小到一定程度后,單純減小水灰比并不能明顯提高珊瑚混凝土的抗壓強度。本文從材料特性、界面特性以及齡期和水灰比等方面著手,對珊瑚混凝土的強度特性作了詳細分析,并介紹了珊瑚混凝土的破壞形態,從而可為珊瑚碎屑應用于海島混凝土工程提供一定的參考依據。 Abstract: Currently, the mechanical mechanism of coral debris concrete is not well understood, so the research on coral concrete test block in different age and water cement ratio is carried out. The test results show that coral concrete has the characteristics of fast strengthening and hardening, and when the water cement ratio decreases to a certain extent, simply reducing the water cement ratio could not result in obvious additions of compressive strength of coral concrete. From the aspects of material properties, interface properties,age and water cement ratio, the strength characteristics of the coral concrete are analyzed in detail, and the failure pattern is introduced, which can provide reference for application of coral debris in island concrete engineering.

摘 ? 要:研究了裝配式結構用高強套筒灌漿料的性能,通過試配并進行了流動度、強度和膨脹性試驗,優選出了優化配合比。同時基于優化配合比進行了水膠比、減水劑摻量和膨脹劑摻量對高強套筒灌漿料性能影響的研究。試驗結果表明,隨著水膠比(W/B)增加,流動度逐漸增大,但強度隨W/B增加呈現明顯降低趨勢;減水劑可有效改善流動度,而當摻量過多時對強度有一定的影響;膨脹率隨膨脹劑摻量增加呈現增長趨勢,但當摻量小于8.0%時,膨脹效果較差,摻量大于12.0%時,對流動度和強度產生不利影響。 Abstract: The properties of high-strong cementitious grout for prefabricated concrete structure are studied, and the optimum mix proportion is elected by the tests of fluidity, strength and expansibility. The roles of W/B and the content of superplasticizer or expanders in high-strong cementitious grout for coupler are researched respectively based on the optimum mix proportion. The test results show that the fluidity of the grout increases with the increasing of W/B, but its strength has significantly decreasing trend; the fluidity of the grout can be improved effectively by superplasticizer, but its strength will decrease if superplasticizer content is excessive; expansion rate of the grout increases with the increasing of expanders agent content, but the expansibility is poor when the content is less than 8.0%, and it has an adversely affect on the liquidity and strength of the grout when the content is greater than 12.0%.

摘 ? 要:分別采用物理強化、化學強化和物理-化學復合強化三種不同的強化方式對簡單破碎再生粗骨料進行強化處理,并采用100%取代天然碎石制備再生粗骨料混凝土,研究了不同強化處理后的再生粗骨料對混凝土工作性能、力學性能、抗滲透性能和抗碳化性能的影響。結果表明,經過強化處理的再生粗骨料混凝土的各項性能均有不同程度的提高,其中經二次物理強化處理后的再生粗骨料混凝土的用水量較天然碎石混凝土僅增加了6kg/m3,其抗壓強度也達到最高值,接近于天然碎石混凝土;經二次物理強化和化學浸漬復合強化處理后的再生混凝土氯離子擴散系數降低了13.6%;三種不同的強化方式處理后,再生混凝土的碳化深度和碳化速度均有所降低。 Abstract: Three kinds of different strengthening technologies of physical enhancement, chemical enhancement and physical-chemical compound enhancement to strengthen the simple crushing recycled coarse aggregate are adopted, with 100% replaced natural gravel preparation of recycled coarse aggregate concrete, and the influences of the recycled coarse aggregate of different strengthening treatment on the working performance, mechanical properties, penetration resistance and carbonation resistance of concrete are studied. The research results show that, through strengthening treatment, recycled coarse aggregate concrete properties are improved to different degrees, the water consumption of recycled coarse aggregate concrete after the secondary physical strengthen treatment is only increased by 6kg/m3 than that of natural gravel concrete. The compressive strength also reached the highest value, close to the natural gravel concrete. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient of recycled concrete after the secondary physical-chemical compound strengthening treatment is reduced by 13.6%. The depth of carbonation and carbonation velocity decrease after three kinds of different strengthening treatments.

摘 ? 要:20世紀90年代后期以來,清水混凝土研究及工程應用得到了長足發展,許多城市建成了清水混凝土標志性工程。為了更好地促進清水混凝土研究的深入、工程質量的提高,對清水混凝土的概念、研究現狀、存在問題及現有的清水混凝土配合比設計方法進行了系統地梳理、總結。通過對清水混凝土現狀的研究,可使相關領域技術人員認識到清水混凝土發展中存在的不足、明確清水混凝土的研究方向,以實現清水混凝土技術研究水平的再提高,有力地支持清水混凝土工程應用的進一步推廣。 Abstract: Since the late 1990s, research and application of fair-faced concrete has made considerable progress, many cities built landmark projects of fair-faced concrete. In order to better promote the study in-depth and the engineering quality improvement of fair-faced concrete, the concept, research status, existing problems and mixture design methods of fair-faced concrete are systematically reviewed and summarized. Through the above study of fair-faced concrete, the relevant technicians recognize the lack of fair-faced concrete in the development and realize a clear research direction, in order to improve research level, strongly support further promotion of fair-faced concrete in engineering applications.

摘 ? 要:采用球磨法將石墨烯納米片分散在水泥基體中,研究了石墨烯納米片摻量對水泥基材料抗折強度和抗壓強度的影響。實驗結果表明,適量的石墨烯納米片可均勻分散在水泥基體中,通過橋聯效應和拔出效應對水泥基材料起增強增韌作用,當石墨烯納米片摻量為0.04%時,石墨烯納米片與水泥基體界面結合良好,沒有明顯過渡層,試件3d抗折強度和抗壓強度分別提高了22.84%和23.61%。 Abstract: Graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) were dispersed in the cement matrix by milling method. The effect of GNPs with different contents on the flexural strength and compressive strength of composites were studied. The results showed that well dispersed GNPs improved the mechanical properties of cement composites, owing to GNPs excellent pulling-out and bridging capability. When the GNPs content was 0.04%, the mechanical properties of cement composites were increased obviously. Its flexural and compressive strength increased by 22.84% and 23.61% respectively compared with the referee sample after curing 3 days. The interface between graphene nanoplatelets and cement was bonded well, with no obvious transition layer.
